Key Responsibilities:

• Programming: Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Planning: Efficiently plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Subcontractor Management: Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Pre-Con: Contribute to pre-construction processes and project planning phases.
• Multiple Job Running: Successfully oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• H&S: Prioritize and enforce Health and Safety standards on project sites.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations for optimal efficiency.
• Overall Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Project Focus: Projects encompass both Commercial and Residential Fit-Outs, where the Contracts Manager will lead multiple jobs, overseeing and managing Joinery packages.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working for both a Joinery and a Residential Contractor.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
