We are assisting an established and rapidly growing engineering services contractor in their search for a dedicated Campus Lead / Senior Mechanical Project Manager to be working in the company's projects in Skelleftea, Sweden. The company is focused in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers additional top notch services that includes Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying. As a Campus Lead / Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the mechanical works for a large value, high-tech manufacturing facility. You will be reporting to the Operations Director, this is a client facing role with overall responsibility for construction, safety & welfare, quality, programme, contracts & commercial. Key Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Minimum 15 years experience in Project Management roles, managing large teams.
Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path.
Previous experience in Client-facing roles is an advantage.
Previous experience working in Sweden is an advantage.
Strong commercial & contract knowledge.
Excellent IT skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines are essential.
